Pioneer Woman Cookbook Giveaway
Today I am giving away one copy of The Pioneer Woman Cookbook: Food From My Frontier. Ever since I watched the Pioneer Woman defeat Bobby Flay in the Thanksgiving Showdown, I have wanted to meet her. This June, I will be given the opportunity to finally meet the famous Pioneer Woman at the BlogHer Food conference in Seattle! I would like to meet her son too (he and I both like football!) Here are four recipes from the Pioneer Woman that I’d like to try.
Cinnamon Baked French Toast: This seems like such an interesting recipe, but it also seems just like my Mom’s Overnight French Toast.
Big Fat Bacon Sliders: Oh gosh! My mouth is WATERING. Bacon & juicy burger meat… yum!!
Salisbury Steak: I’ve always loooooved salisbury steak. It’s time to try the Pioneer Woman’s version!
Raspberry Crisp: Raspberries are my favorite fruit EVER. This dessert looks perfect!

Well I have tried her Texas Sheet Cake, but now that I am gluten free, I’d love to try it as a gluten free version. That frosting is amazing, you should try it for your next family gathering Recipe Boy! =) PS. her crispy yogurt chicken is really good too.

Call me crazy, but I really want to try her Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes recipe. That dish brings back fond and not-so-fond memories of cafeteria food at school. And since everything I’ve tried on her website has been delicious, I think this will be a positive for me! 🙂
I would like to try the meatball recipe from Pioneer Woman. I saw it on Recipe Girl’s website and it looks delicious. I love anything italian and that goes with pasta. Just last night I tried Pioneer Woman Cajun Chicken Pasta and it came out so good. I’m glad I found her website and look forward to exploring the other recipes.
My “recipe boy” and I want to try to Seafood Pasta Ree featured on her show a couple weeks ago. And for dessert we’d love to make her Dreamy Apple Pie.
