Ingredients

one 15.25-ounce box French Vanilla cake mix
½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons granulated white sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350℉.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silpat mats.
In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine the cake mix, butter, egg and vanilla.
Roll the cookie dough into 1-inch balls and roll in the sugar/cinnamon mixture before placing on the cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.
