Ingredients
  

  • cup olive oil
  • One 1-ounce package Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Two 16-ounce packages bite-size Cheddar cheese crackers (such as Cheez-Its)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300℉. Line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Ranch mix, dill and garlic powder.
  • Place the crackers into a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the crackers; toss to coat. Divide the coated crackers between the two prepared baking sheets, and spread in an even layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes (or until lightly toasted), stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool on the pans for 30 minutes.
  • Store the baked crackers in large zip baggies or airtight containers.
