  • Preheat the oven to 425℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wrap each pickle spear tightly with a strip of bacon. Secure the ends with a toothpick.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the bacon wrapped pickles over and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, just until the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove from the oven. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then remove the toothpicks. Serve with desired dressing.
