A ridiculously easy, sweet-savory Boursin cheese dip layered with fig jam, crunchy pistachios, and hot honey. It tastes like a fancy cheese board—but takes under 10 minutes!

garlic herb Boursin cheese,
at room temperature

cup
fig jam
⅔
cup
pistachios
(whole or chopped)

tablespoons
hot honey
crackers,
for serving
Instructions
Spread the Boursin cheese into an even layer round shape on a serving platter (about ½-inch thick).
Spread fig jam on top of the cheese. Sprinkle pistachios on top of the jam. Drizzle hot honey on top. Surround with crackers and serve!
