No Yeast Dinner Rolls

Easy alternative for rolls when you don't have any yeast!

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • butter, for brushing


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 6 muffin cups with nonstick spray.
  • Combine all ingredients (except butter) in a bowl. Divide the batter between the 6 muffin cups.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Immediately brush butter on the tops of the rolls. Serve warm with additional butter.


  • Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to make these slightly sweet.
  • You can substitute melted unsalted butter or canola/vegetable oil for the mayonnaise, if you'd like.
