A restaurant quality appetizer!
- One 6.5-ounce jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ cup grated Romano cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 whole French baguette, sliced
Preheat your oven's broiler.
In a medium bowl, combine the marinated artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, red onion and mayonnaise. Spread the mixture onto baguette slices. Arrange the artichoke-topped bruschetta on a large baking sheet.
Broil in the pre-heated oven for 2 minutes, or until the toppings are bubbly and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
