Best Spinach Salad Recipe

Hi! Today I made a video about my Best Spinach Salad Recipe. And it’s easy too! There are only 5 ingredients plus an easy homemade vinaigrette! Please watch the video to find out more about my yummy spinach salad (with BACON!). When bacon is on a salad, most kids won’t even care what else is on the salad! This salad is AWESOME!

And even a kid can make a video about their favorite SALAD… Like Me!

Best Spinach Salad Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

Prep Time: 15 min

This is my favorite salad recipe ever!


4 generous handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/3 cup goat cheese crumbles
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon strawberry jam
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper, to taste


1. Place salad ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle on top. Toss and divide between four bowls for serving.

    First time commenter here, I made this salad tonight and it was divine!!! I skipped the avocado because I’d had guacamole for a snack but added a shallot and half a green pepper– oh my word, this salad is so good! Thank you for sharing!
