If you have an air fryer, you’ve probably enjoyed trying to make a variety of things beyond French fries. There are so many good things to try in an air fryer, and donuts are no exception! These air fryer donuts start with canned biscuits! All you need is a donut cutter (or something small that will allow you to cut a small circle from the middle). You must also try my baked pumpkin donuts and my cake batter donuts too!

Place the dipped donut on a rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining donuts. These donuts will be best served immediately.

➡️ Tips and Substitutions:

  • Canola or vegetable oil spray (like Pam) can be harmful to your air fryer, so use coconut or olive oil spray instead.
  • If you want to cook the donut holes too, use the same process but air fry them for 3 minutes instead.
  • Top these with chocolate glaze, if you’d prefer. You can follow the glaze recipe included in this recipe.

✔️ How to Store:

It’s not advised to make air fryer refrigerated biscuit donuts ahead. They are really delicious served warm, right after they come out of the air fryer. But the longer they sit, they won’t be quite as fabulous.

❤️ What I Love About This Recipe:

  1. They are so easy to make using the store-bought biscuits.
  2. I love that they are a little bit different texture than donuts, but they sure satisfy the donut craving!
  3. It’s an easy way to make donuts without having to deal with hot oil, and they’re a bit healthier too.
