Jelly Bean Bark
This is such a fun recipe to make for Easter. Imagine a platter full of it to serve to Easter guests! So along with baking the carrot cake this year, make some jelly bean bark too!
🛒 Ingredients Needed:
- salted butter
- white candy coating melting chocolate
- small jelly beans

- Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Grease the foil with butter.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white candy coating; stir until smooth. Spread into the prepared pan. Top with jelly beans, pressing to adhere. Let stand until set.
- Cut or break the bark into pieces.

- Melting wafers are sold in many different colors (check Michaels or Amazon). Jelly bean bark would be super cute to make in a light blue or pink color too.
