This is such a fun recipe to make for Easter. Imagine a platter full of it to serve to Easter guests! So along with baking the carrot cake this year, make some jelly bean bark too!

🛒 Ingredients Needed:

  • salted butter
  • white candy coating melting chocolate
  • small jelly beans

  1. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Grease the foil with butter.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white candy coating; stir until smooth. Spread into the prepared pan. Top with jelly beans, pressing to adhere. Let stand until set.
  3. Cut or break the bark into pieces.

➡️ Tips and Substitutions:

  • Melting wafers are sold in many different colors (check Michaels or Amazon). Jelly bean bark would be super cute to make in a light blue or pink color too.
  • Try substituting other Easter candies for the jelly beans to make your own kind of bark.
  • Drizzle some melted chocolate onto the melted white wafers before adding the jelly beans.
